Charleston Stepping Stones
Charleston Stepping Stones has been in operation since 2009. We are located on the North West side of Chalreston, just down the road from the Coles County Fair Grounds.
The director, Jennifer Carter-Alvis, was previously the director of the Mattoon facility before taking a position at the Birth to Three program at CCAR. Jennifer returned to Stepping Stones in August of 2017 as the director of our Charleston facility.
